I authorize Sparrer Sausage Company to contact my bankers, creditors or any credit reporting agency, to obtain information now and anytime hereafter for the purpose of granting or maintaining a credit line with Sparrer Sausage Company.

If an offer of open account terms is made, the Applicant accepts Sparrer Sausage Company 's standard open account terms of net 30, date of invoice. Sparrer Sausage Company reserves the right to revoke at any time any credit extended to Applicant for non-payment of due charges or for any reason deemed good and sufficient by Sparrer Sausage Company. If credit is revoked, Sparrer Sausage Company reserves the right to demand immediate payment of any and all outstanding charges and/or to require payment prior to shipment of any remaining Goods on order.

Applicant agrees to pay Sparrer Sausage Company all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Sparrer Sausage Company enforcing this agreement. In the event of litigation, Applicant agrees that the venue for such litigation shall be Lake County, Illinois and that this suit shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

I am a principal, officer or an agent of the entity requesting credit and am authorized to sign this Application for Credit and to accept the Terms and Conditions stated herein. I attest to the accuracy of the information set forth in this application. I further attest to the financial responsibility, capacity and willingness of the Applicant to pay charges now due or to become due.
