El Campeon is our featured chorizo brand, which in English translates to “The Champion” because it truly is the champion of all chorizo. El Campeon is available in both Mild and Hot varieties. We use a wide array of herbs and spices like red pepper and paparika, to season the meat and give the chorizo its distinct red color. El Campeon chorizo goes perfect with eggs or is great as a filler for tacos and burritos.
